Prodigy holds the registered interest filed by Wey-Corp Incorporated under ADC-VS-4088-2037, transferred on acquisition in Q2 2037. A competing claim, ADC-VS-3912-2033, is asserted by the HWTT division of Hewland-Yutani Corporation on the basis of a 2033 survey.
Prodigy's position is that the 2033 survey does not establish continuous working of the corridor, and that the competing operator has not returned a resource statement for the disputed band since 2035. Counsel has been instructed. A determination is expected in Q2 2038.
The competing operator maintains three platforms and has proposed a fourth it has not built. It prices hafnium as a strategic holding while the spot market has fallen 8.9% in thirty days. We do not regard this as an operator capable of developing the corridor.
