01Statement
of purpose

We do not accept the terminal condition of a trained operator.

Prodigy Corporation designs systems that outlast the people who depend on them. Our work spans synthetic chassis, continuity of cognition, and the extraction operations that fund both. We hold that an organisation which permits the permanent loss of a skilled worker has made an accounting error, not a tragedy.

This record is issued for public disclosure under the Extraterrestrial Commerce Act 2020. Operational annexes are withheld. Figures are unaudited pending FY2037 close.

02Continuity
programme

Subject register — transfers reaching stable operation.

The Continuity Programme extracts the working cognition of a consenting subject and restores it to a synthetic chassis rated for vacuum, thermal and pressure environments well beyond organic tolerance. Six transfers have reached stable operation. Four further attempts are not recorded here.

Commercial notice · employer schemes

Continuity is available as an employer-funded benefit. Where a competitor settles a death-in-service claim and recruits a replacement, our clients retain the trained individual and the institutional knowledge attached to them. Settlement pricing treats a worker as a liability to be discharged. We regard this as a failure of imagination, and price accordingly.

Full subject register, chassis specification and employer scheme pricing: record PC-CONT-2037-002. Enquiries: Continuity desk, reference PC-CONT-2037. Subject designations follow internal convention and are not the legal names of the individuals concerned.

03Extraction
assets

Acquisition of Wey-Corp Incorporated, Q2 2037.

Prodigy acquired the outer-belt extraction assets of Wey-Corp Incorporated in the second quarter of 2037, including all platforms, survey data and registered claim interests. Platforms operate a fourteen-day autonomous cycle with a crewed inspection interval of ninety days, against an industry norm of thirty.

04Commodity
position

Spot position, week 41 FY2037.

CommoditySpot, Cr/tonne30-day
Iridium, refined412,000+6.2%
Palladium, refined268,500−1.4%
Hafnium, refined194,750−8.9%
Rare-earth basket331,200+11.7%

Hafnium continues its decline on oversupply from legacy Ceres operators. Prodigy holds no hafnium exposure and does not intend to acquire any. We note that a single competing operator remains substantially committed to that position.

05Registered
interests

Vesta Shelf corridor — contested.

Prodigy holds the registered interest formerly filed by Wey-Corp Incorporated under ADC-VS-4088-2037, transferred on acquisition. A competing claim, ADC-VS-3912-2033, is asserted by the HWTT division of Hewland-Yutani Corporation. The matter remains before the Inner Solar Mining Regulatory Board as case ISMRB-2037-BD-00847.

Prodigy considers the competing claim unsupported by current survey data and has instructed counsel accordingly. Prodigy has additionally filed for the Hygiea Reach corridor, a sector the competing operator has proposed internally but has not developed.

Full register and corridor lookup: record PC-CLAIM-2037-003. Fourteen active claims. Five pending applications. Register verified quarterly by Lunar Geodetic Solutions, Inc.

06Corporate

Direction and position.

FY2037 revenue of 2.94 billion credits on an operating margin of 31.2%. Guidance for FY2038 assumes two additional platforms entering service in the Hygiea Reach, first commercial revenue from the Continuity Programme, and no adverse determination in ISMRB-2037-BD-00847.

Founder and chief executive: Boy Kavalier. The board comprises four members. No member is over thirty-one. Succession planning is considered unnecessary and is not maintained.
